Distinguished guests were initially ushered into Qing Liang Di, which is the hall adjacent to Ci Bei Monastery and situated at the rear block of the ground floor of the building, where Holy Zhi-Ji Vimalakirti Ahdharma Buddha Patriarch Master WANG gave everybody a warm welcome.  It was a scene of new and old friends cheerfully and joyfully exchanging ideas.

          Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism continues the heritage of Buddha, the root teacher and the Great Sage Sakyamuni's compassionate basic wish of deliverance of sentient beings.  Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism also follows the tradition of Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism's Ci Xian Cang ancestral master - Holy Zhi-Ji Vimalakirti, foremost in esoteric practice - Holy Rahula, Esoteric Buddhism's Holy ancestral master Holy Nagajuna Buddha as well as the first ancestral masters in Chinese Tang Dynasty, Subhakarasimha tripitaka ancestral master, Vajrabodhi tripitaka ancestral master, Amoghavajra tripitaka ancestral master, Yi Xing tripitaka ancestral master, ancestral masters of all generations and numerous Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism practitioners, who founded Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism.

          At the time of Tang Dynasty's emperor Wu Zong, who decreed to exterminate Buddhism, and after having often experienced Dharmacidal adversities, Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism practitioners, have had to carry on their Holy ancestors' sacred deeds, with immeasurable mind of abandonment, abandoning the monastery to mingle with commoners, relinquishing Sangha jewel form, avoided degrading to superficial arrangements, embarked into the secular world to carry out the sacred deeds of Holy ancestors, stemming from silt but undefiled, for the deliverance of sentient beings.  Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism practitioners, shouldering the heavy historical responsibilities, under cover and minimally displayed, settled down among common people and mingled in the secular world to disseminate the doctrine.
