The light of Dharma nature, is a light with no arising or extinguishing;

          The light of Dharma nature, is a light with no adding or reducing;

          The light of Dharma nature, is a light with no defiling or purifying;

          Therefore, the light of Dharma nature, is a self-opening light without the need for opening;

          Kai Guang is merely a secular ceremony used to educate sentient beings. As for Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism, Kai Guang rituals carried out internally do however carry implications of internal light opening.  However, as an ingenious convenient means for the deliverance of sentient beings, taking the opportunity of the 2545 Buddha's Holy birthday, the ceremonious and solemn traditional Kai Guang ritual was simplified, and substituted by a modern western ribbon cutting and unveiling ceremony.

          Elder guru Vajra Miao Guo led all vajra brothers and sisters and guests of the assembly, in reciting Sheng Ji and Light of the Universe.  Sacred and solemn traditional doctrinal songs were used to praise and extol Patron Buddha Holy Sakyamuni Buddha, ancestral Buddha, Holy Vimalakirti holy ancestor, holy ancestors of all generations, Ahdharma Buddha Patriarch Master, all eminent monks and highly virtuous ones and all sages.

          This was a space-time dimension filled with Dharma nature holy light and ambrosia holy realm.  From secular sayings, it can be termed as a simple and unadorned practical "Kai Guang" ceremony.

          The ceremony was a modernization of the original Holy Tantra Esoteric Buddhism imperial national teacher ritual collection, Sheng Mi Tian mandala extraordinary supreme neon Vairocana Dharma nature brilliance general bestowment ritual.  The transformation was done according to the Dharma.

          There was no display of priceless traditional Kai Guang Dharma implements (displayed in last year's 2544 Buddha Holy birthday), no continuous and tightly packed mantra recitation or chanting, no "illusory dance" signifying arrival of Buddhas of all heavens (also displayed last year) ... .  All in all, all Holy Tantra rituals were to be completed smoothly and fluently within two hours, in order to meet the needs of guests of the modern time.

          Vajra sisters brought colour ribbons to the stage front.  On the invitation of MC Elder guru Vajra Yong Ming, distinguished guests came to the front, took up the golden scissors in the silver tray, and cut the red ribbon lightly.  The assembly bursted into an applause.  Four distinguished guests then did the unveiling.  The red curtain covering the Holy image of Sheng Mi Tian was gradually unveiled, Sheng Mi Tian Holy Sakyamuni Buddha, with His benevolent, compassionate and deep gaze, was blessing sentient beings of this saha land.  Kai Guang was formally performed for the Sheng Mi Tian Holy statue.
